Women SHOUT, creative weekly sessions. 2024

A safe space to enable women to talk/rant and create together.

A weekly opportunity to talk/rant, create art collaboratively and be part of a positive, creative community.

We’ll explore different mediums: painting, collaging, body adornment, storytelling, animation, photography, film-making, printmaking, ceramics & textiles.

Conclusion: an exhibition based on  all work created. Workshops are participant lead responding  to their needs. The resulting outcomes will be to aid mental health, self-confidence, friendship and create a sense of belonging and purpose.

The sessions last an hour and the cost is £8, this is inclusive of all materials and a hot drink.  Every Wednesday morning, 10am-11am.

The sessions take place at Michelle’s Dream on London Road and are also run in conjunction with Living Communities.

P.S. Gentlemen supportive of women are of course welcome to join in too.
